Hi @Lenovo33399 ,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

On the same BIOS, try to reload the defaults and then save and exit.

Check on the support site for available BIOS to update.

Regards,

Hello and thanks for answer but not work with default settings. Now i check for BIOS update maybe this 2.1 GB RAM is change in VRAM and used  on integrated Video Card.

But this laptop is purchased for surfing in browser and now i can't open more than 10 tabs in Chrome. Give message "Don't have a memory".

I check now in official driver site my BIOS version actual the last.

Video driver is the last, all of them is last version.

What will be a problem, after open 10 or more tabs in Chrome they crashed and give me this error or black screen.

Hi,

I would advise to try to back up your data on a separate location and see if re-installing Windows and drivers is an option for you.

Reload the BIOS defaults again then save and exit before proceeding with the reinstallation.

Here's how to reload the BIOS to defaults: initiate a static drain or power drain first: make sure that the device is in powered-off state. Disconnect all cables and/or peripheral devices connected to the machine (ex. power cable, hdmi cable, external mouse/keyboard, flashdrives, etc). Press and hold down the power button for as long as 60 seconds to drain flea power or excess voltage.

- Make sure that the machine is properly powered down/switched off.
- Find the Novo Button. How a Novo button should look like: https://support.lenovo.com/solutions/ht062552
- Access/click this by using an unfolded paperclip or by using something similar to the latter.
- Machine will power up to Novo Menu. Navigate and select using the arrow keys to BIOS Set Up.
- Inside the BIOS Set Up, navigate to the Exit Menu. Select Load Setup Default - click Enter, select YES and click Enter.
- Select Exit and Save Changes then click Enter, select YES and click Enter.
- The computer will start up.

Update us back what goes best for you.

Regards.
Dex
