Lenovo Ideapad 300 screen freeze.

2017-05-30, 1:41 AM

Hello All,

I bought the Lenovo Ideapad 300 for at least two weeks. I fixed the sound issue. But now I have another issue. It froze on me after the latest Windows update. Right now I am waiting 10 hours for the battery to die. What else can I do to unfreeze it faster? I just wish that I can get easier access to the battery? than to unscrew some nails.

Hi, Midnightstarr –

Thank you for writing in to the Lenovo Forum - happy to have you here today.

You could also use the System Restore feature to get your computer back the time when it worked.

Update us how it goes.

Hello,

It froze again yesterday. However, it took longer and I got the blue screen of death that mentioned Critical Process as the culprit.
