Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 14 14ARE05 freezes, BSOD, Randomly restarts. Please Help!! Urgent.

2021-01-13, 7:28 AM

Hi,

I bought this machine a week ago and installed Samsung Evo Plus and cloned it with factory NVMe.

After usage of first day or two My laptop suddenly restarts and some time BSOD shows i have checked event viewer and it gives this:

Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation.

Then I installed Windows 10 from Lenovo Digital Download Recovery Service and installed Windows from it in EVO Plus. But it does not helped me.

The frequency of BSOD sometimes is very high it crashes within a minute or two of windows restart and some times it sustains for more than 12 hours.

but recently there was a successful dump file creation in Minidump folder i am sharing the link

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1f8ewE77zioZP0t8WOeCQ0C2vssdAWwqo/view?usp=sharing

when i looked in the event viewer it shows:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000010, 0xffffad8eb6588028, 0xffffad8ea6a0a09c, 0xffffad8ea6b1b1a0). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 6180db09-a0bf-4851-8bd2-22dad254dbe3.

I am sharing a link:

Also,

Drivers, BIOS and Windows everything is up-to-date.

I have ran Lenovo Diagnostic Tool (motherboard, CPU, Memory, chipset, sensors), Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool everything works fine.

I also got these warnings Under from Event viewer may be it helps event id(219), task category(212), Source Kernel-PnP:

The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device ROOT\SYSTEM\0001.

The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device USB\VID_06CB&PID_00BE\2b2bbb58a906.

The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device ACPI\AMDI0080\1.

Now my laptop freezes randomly. I have also watched tutorial on How to use Windbg Upon checking Memory.DMP here is the result:
