My keyborad is no working

my laptop keyboard is not working Lenovo Ideapad 330, how can I solve it? I've restored windows but it didn't work

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Try using an external USB keyboard to help us isolate more.

 

Following it may not resolve the issue but will help us isolate the points of failure so we know what action plan to take.

 

Update us how it goes with each steps like how the keys behave in the CMD line and the onscreen keyboard.

You should describe the problem with the keyboard in detail to help analyze the problem. If it is a hardware failure, then you have to replace the keyboard.
