Over 3 business days still no shipment...

I ordered a IdeaPad Flex 5 (Intel) on Sunday and was given an estimated delivery date of 7/22/21 (tomorrow), yet the item hasn't even left Lenovo yet. This is unacceptable considering I bought it direct from Lenovo based upon having it delivered this week based on estimates. Order #4601289666. I spoke with support today, yet no real help other than she could see the order. Will I have this order by Friday, or do I need to cancel and get a different laptop from Microcenter?

I'm sorry to read that you have experienced a delay, that is unusual on stock items but can happen for different reasons such as the warehouse having a backlog due to demand which is likely in your case and, yes I agree, that could have been reflected in the expectation set when you asked the question. On the brighter side I do see that your order has shipped and currently, according to the UPS tracking number, has an estimated delivery for tomorrow.
