We cannot and do not want to replace our integrated webcam on our laptop, and there is no way I will replace now my one year old laptop to get another one (this cost me the earth).

It is a quite a disapointement when it is only a one way communication, so please let us know what's going one.

Re: Question for Lenovo about Veriface

Hi RichardTheKing,

Veriface is part of the Security. which integrates itselfin to Windows's Security shell.

When Windows changes the version,  this part of Windows updates as well critically. Reason why a slight change of Windows interface (WIndows 8 to 8.1 or 8.1 to 10) in the appearance it looks like a minimal change but in the security part that's a lot of changes.

Making the Security software from Previous OS not working on the new One.

To make it short there are no updated Veriface yet available for Windows 10.

Very same reason why antivirus should be uninstalled before Updating to WIndows 10.

Hope this helps

Regards

Hi RichardTheKing

Thanks for the feed back

Veriface has been up now for the last 3 OSupgrades of Windows. Since this is a main application and only application of Lenovo For log in Security, Im pretty sure an update will happen.

Thanks Again

Solid Cruver
