USB Ports Killing hardware -Ideapad 110

2019-01-22, 18:58 PM

Hi hope someone can help as I'm dying here!

Purchased a Lenono Ideapad 110 some 10 months ago. 3 months ago a wireless keyboard & mouse that was plugged into it just mysteriously stopped working. Today a second wireless mouse stopped working (plugged into the same port as the original one) and now my Seagate external harddrive has stopped reading. The ports now no longer powers the Seagate harddrive and my ENTIRE business is on there!

Here's the kicker, when you take these items that had been previously plugged into the machine but have stopped working, they do not read in other machines.

Anyone have any advice (and please try keep it as simple as possible as I might know some stuff about PC's but this is waaaaay beyond my scope!)
