Urgent Help with enabling reboot or suspending bitlocker

I tried turning on my ideapad flex 5 this morning and this showed up. I don’t want to lose all of my files because I haven’t done a recovery backup in a while! What do I do?

Thanks for initiating a post. You may have to identify what is your laptop complete name first (ex. Ideapad 330S-15IKB) to see if this post is on the right board, and then share your machine type model / MTM (ex. 81C70000RK) from the sticker as it would help in specifying your machine variant. A machine type model / MTM consists of more than four characters. Please refrain from posting your machine serial number on the thread.
