Warranty issue

I bought my PC on 16/08/2019 (day/month/year). I was told I had a 1 year warrant...

When I tried to register my product, the page said: "Purchase date is not within grace period"

Hello,

 

If that site isn't working for you the alternative is to simply call support and request their assistance. Make sure you have a scanned copy of your purchase invoice ready; you will likely need to send it by email to them.

Really, Andy? You're telling people to call on the phone and wait on hold forever to register their computers, something that should take five minutes online, because your company's website is broken?

 

The OP on this thread informed you of a problem with your registration website back in October. Today, June 9, 2020, I tried to register one computer, and I'm getting the same error.  "Purchase date is not within grace period."  With no additional information on the site, and no way forward.  I've tried putting many different dates for the purchase date, and nothing works.  I cannot register my computer.  That's how I found this thread.

 

How about, "Hey, sorry our website quality control is substandard. We'll inform the developers and have them fix it." That would be the correct answer.

dont worry it is a common problem ...

you just need to go below link and fill all the details with a scanned photo of your tax invoice....

levono will update the warranty...

I am having the same problem. I bought the laptop on 22nd of June 2020. I am not able to register it online. The store keeper is also misbehaving with me. I tried calling the customer support, they just keep telling me to call on different numbers starting with 1800.

 

The product should be registered within 15 days of the purchase and here its already a week.

 

The Start date of the warranty is 28th Aug 2019 and

The End Date of the warranty is 29th Aug 2020.

 

I really appreciate some sensible assistance and not someone telling me to do the most usual thing like calling and emailing. Because that really takes forever.
