Windows Camera Frame Server High CPU

Hi, is anyone facing this issue? In default, with lenovo driver and the automatic updated driver from windows update (same driver), Windows Camera Frame Server will suffer High CPU. But if i disable the Windows Camera Frame Server from registry, it won't, but the Lenovo camera feture like disable it from the button keyboard shortcut won't work

Hi!
I am facing this issue as well, for a long time now. I am fed up with this, because just using the integrated camera takes up at least quarter of my CPU utilization. I have a dedicated 1050 in my Legion Y530 so I don't know why this happens. After all this time I still cannot find a solution for this, hopefully Lenovo support will help.
