ideapad 3-14IIL05 - Realtek - No Audio device installed

Hello everynbody,

 

since a few weeks I have a new Lenovo notebook Ideapad ideapad 3-14IIL05 Laptop - Type 81WD 64 Bit with Windows 10, Recently the audio device doesn't work anymore and I cannot play sounds anymore.

 

 

Sometime a restart fixes the problem although the problem shows up after some time again (mostly with a short stutter). I tried everything I could think of and found on the web: reset windows, install new drivers from Realtek and lenovo, uninstall devices and drivers, trouble shooting from windows, disable Intel Virtual Technology in the BIOS and tried the following advices (https://support.lenovo.com/de/de/solutions/ht503497).

 

When I plug in a Headset (USB) the sound works.

 

Every idea and suggestion i welcome.

Hello,

this issue is on many laptops since last Windows Update. The Realtek drivers will not work any more.

Hey Etojok, thank you for you help! I've the solution you are suggesting. Unfortunately the sound still is not working. I even reset the system again via Cloud and even with the reseted system the sound is not working :( Any other advices?

A member of Lenovo support logged in on my notebook and couldnt find a solution either. A also made a recovery USB-Stick an reset Windows completely. Still isn't working. Any other ides. If not I will send my notebook to Lenovo.
