Re: ideapad 330-15ARR Laptop - touchPad not working

https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/pe/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/300-series/330-17ikb-type-81dm/downloads

Also use the above link for all the drivers that are required for you lap.
The device manager will then check and download the updates for the so called drivers installed manually.
But this step to upgrade from the device manager has to be performed after installing the touch pad driver (https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/pe/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/300-series/330-17ikb-type-81dm/down...).

Three steps to solve the problem with the touchpad:
1) in bios setup there must be booting only in UEFI.
2) after installing Windows, we first install the chipset driver, then Lenovo Energy Management for Windows 10, AMD VGA Driver for Windows 10, AMD Radeon Setting UI Driver for Windows 10, the network card and then the rest of the drivers.
Remember!!! after each driver installation there must be a system restart.
3) when you have all the drivers, you can update the bios
I install many system win 10 on this Lenovo model and no problem with touchpad.

I hope , I helped :)
