I bought my IdeaPad a month ago. After few days of using i saw a black horizontal line on the screen. I opened a ticket and sent my laptop for a warranty repair. Today i recieved my laptop, and black line issue was fixed. BUT!!!! After the 'repair' two new issues are intoduced!
1) This is the craziest to my mind - my screen is assembled with an issue. It is curved in the middle of the screen, and i'm afraid if i push that a place a bit harder my screen will be damaged. Do you have a quality Control service? I cant imagine your engineers have not seen what they done.
2) After repair i can see a backlight bleed on the bottom of the screen. It was not there before, so it's an issue after the repair!
I'm totally mad! How come you could make two critical issues from one? I need your help, even if that sounds funny
