I'm sorry to write it here, but I could not post independent for some reason. Anyway, I bough last week the Lenovo Ideapad 720s 13k. It is wonderful, except for the engine noise it makes - even in ordinary operations (opening some chrome tabs, watching a video on YouTube). I saw there was a similar problem with the YOGA. Does anyone know what can be done with this model? Is there a need to go to the lab?

I personally have this problem too, sounds like a jet is having a take off...
I downloaded the notebook fan control and am using Yoga 2 13 settings. But its not helping too much, maybe a BIOS update will fix this (some of the Yogas have been cured by an update)? Hope they'll find a solution for this quickly, it's really annoying when working in a quiet room. Otherwise I'll send this one back to the retailer.
