6 month old ideapad 700 that keeps blackscreening. I've updated the bios, and the audio player and its still crashing. This first happened a couple weeks after purchasing but continues to occur now much more often. I've got no confidence in this machine particularly for business applications. What is the final fix, if there is one? Very frustrating.

If the service tip did not work with its offered solution:
Download the Realtek Audio driver for Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) version 188.8.131.5280 and download the latest BIOS version 35, or newer, for this system at the following URL:
Systems that display a blank screen and do not recover when rebooting, will require service by an authorized Service Center. Visit the “How to locate a repair or service center - Idea/Think” document to find and contact the Support Center for service.
Please don't hesitate to call technical support for engineers intervention.

What version of Windows are you running?
Does the black screen occur randomly, when running a particular program, or at startup etc.? Further details if available might help narrow down the issue.
Have you updated the all of the drivers on your system, in particular the driver for you display adapter(s).
Are you running a good virus scanner, and have you done a full scan recently?
Note: If desired, you can use the tool below to check for, and apply all new driver updates rather than doing so manually one at a time

Am using Win 10. The blackscreen happens pretty randomly although it does seem to occur more often when viewing sd card video files along with having pandora playing music in another tab.
I just used the tool you provided to check for and install updates. Card reader was one along with nvidia display adapters. Hopefully this will resolve this horrible issue with this notebook...fingers crossed. If not I am going to send it in as this should not be happening at all with a new computer.

Ok so after doing all updates this thing is crashing more than ever, 5 times last night. I need to send this piece of junk in for repair. How do I go about this? I am a VERY unhappy customer regretting this purchase.
