Lenovo Ideapad 100S 11IBY stuck in bluescreen loop of death since win 10 update. can't use recovery options as it keeps saying there is no admin account. no idea how that can even happen. can't boot via usb or use other options or even enter command prompt without BIOS pswd. I never set it so I have no idea what it could be. I got it new in a box so the seller can't help. there has to be a way. i have an unusable laptop which is no fault of ours. not sure who I hate most, microsoft or lenovo. >:-[

First of all, we're sorry about what happened to the laptop. Could you try accessing the Lenovo OneKey recovery tool of the laptop? To access it, you can use the NOVO button https://lnv.gy/2OWtj4K and try performing a factory reset. However, this process will delete all the files inside the laptop. Let us know how it goes.
