I have a problem with my Lenovo Ideapad 120S-14IAP.
The non-removable battery seems to no longer charge, while there has never been a problem with it before.
I can only use my laptop when it is plugged into the mains. This indicates "0%, plugged in, charging" and if I unplug it, it turns off.
I would like help to solve this problem please, and possibly send it for repair if it is necessary (the product is guaranteed 2 years).
Thank you in advance!

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I would suggest contacting technical support regarding this issue specially if having it plugged in for 2 hours (without turning off) would not show any change in the battery led indicator.
On the hardware manual (page 22) would be the suggested steps for checking operational charge and battery check. You are not required to remove the battery while you have the warranty. Just inform tech support the same findings you noticed and steps you have done.
I hope this helps answer your query.
