Hi there and thank you for your help & advice.
Lenovo ideapad 100
Windows 10 Version 1703 Build 15063.632
Bluetooth Driver: 1.4.887.3011
I have this LT since beginning of this year. In March I paired a BT speaker with it which I used with iTunes. It worked perfectly well untill about 2 weeks ago. When I hit the play button to start playing a song, it will not play at all. It also does not show that the time is ticking off. Nothing happens. Then I almost have to restart my LT for everything to work again. This must have happened after a Windows update or something.
I have since done about 5 recoveries with "one key recovery" in the hope of getting it working again. I have done this again today. Still nothing. I tested the speaker on my wife's HP LT and it worked perfectly first time. It picked it up immediately, paired and it worked straight away.
I batteled to delete the device and took this screen shot where it shows that there is a problem with the driver. Shot attached.
I will really appreciate any help and suggestions I can get. Please help me getting the speaker to work again.
Thank you so long.

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
Try to download the Bluetooth, Audio and Chipset drivers for the unit from the support page.
Make sure to reboot after an update on the unit.
Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.
Did someone help you today? Thank them with a Kudo!

Good day and thank you for your reply.
I have done as you suggested and downloaded& installed the BT driver from Lenovo.
I managed to successfully paired my BT speaker and LT. I also managed to play music from iTunes. My problem comes when I switch off the speaker to use the following day. This is what I do:
1. Switch off speaker.
2. Turn off BT on LT in settings.
3. Quit iTunes.
When I want to use iTunes again:
1. Switch on BT speaker.
2. Switch on BT on LT in settings and hear audible connection between speaker and LT.
3. Open iTunes.
4. Click on song to play.
5. Nothing happens. Not even the progress bar on iTunes moves.
6. When trying to play video with music from Youtube, the same happens. After a while I get a message telling me that I have to restart my LT when the problem continues.
With great frustration I have to delete the speaker from devises, restart and pair again.
This was not always the case. If Iremember correctly this happened after an update, not sure if it was Windows or Lenovo.
I have done about 5 x system recoveries without any success.
As you can imagine this is very frustrating. I have tried to pair and use BT speaker from my wife's HP Lt and it works perfectly. There is no problem playing musis, disconnect or remove the speaker.
EDIT: I have just again tried to remove the speaker, but it does not. BUT, when I switched off the BT, I heard the disconnecting sound from the speaker. To me this means that it IS connected, but for some reason does not play any sound, system of music from Youtube, FB or iTunes. I am really dumbstruck.
I will REALLY appreciate anything you suggest I try.
Thank you so long.
