I let laptop find its serial and model through lenovo website. It came back and say its 4k ips screen. But windows 10 display settings max resolution is 1920x1080. Who lied? Seller or lenovo.
I am **bleep**ing angry.
Anyone know how to make my laptop show 4k video.
I installed 940mx nvidia driver as well.

Can someone help me see 4k in this laptop. I recieved it today from amazon.com.
I can return it and sue amazon and lenovo and seller if its not 4k. I do not know who is at fault.
Normally when someone sell 4k ips screen they send it in 4k screen. its in 1920x1080 for weird reason and display settings do not show more than that resolution.
Lenovo say its 4k laptop from serial number.
Can someone help ? pls.
