Would it also say PXE boot after the message?
You need to first check the boot order in the BIOS (load default is F9) but I am under suspicion of a bootable harddrive failure. It can be that your harddrive is failing (hardware issue) or corrupted Windows (software).
If you can remove the harddrive to check it on another machine, this would allow you to check if it is still readable and perhaps allow you to back up your files specially if the BIOS do not see the harddrive itself.
On this scenario, you may need to replace the harddrive or repair/ install Windows.
