I have the 110 touch 15acl. Got a Windows update, then a blue screen choose your keyboard layout. Then directed to advance options tab the startup repair tab says there is a error, then restart in, choose keyboard again I've try all tabs nothing so tried novo key to recovery, files damage or missing so we tried all tab nothing. researched internet youtube all so, tried hard shutdown 3 times no repair screen f11,f12,f1, f2, f4, f6, f7 then with fn+ nothing.IT REGISTERED but I don,t have stickers with prdct key my kid peeled them off.. even command steps didn't work, help
