Dark Shadows on my IdeaPad 320 screen

I bought my Ideapad 320 15IKB laptop around 6 months ago.

Suddenly black shadows started to appear on my screen's top right corner, I opened bios to check if its a hardware or windows issues and in Bios these dark shades appeared too.

In the same time, when I open a youtube video - somtimes - my screen suddenly go black for less than a second while video sound is still okay, and then the video resmues like nothing happened.

I'm pretty sure that there is something wrong with my laptop screen hardware, but where can I get maintenance while I'm still in the warranty, do you have a service center in Alexandria, Egypt to check such a problem ?

PS: this laptop original warranty is in United Arab Emirates, can I use this warranty in Egypt's service center, or what do you advice me to do ?

Attached a photo as an example for the shadow screen.

Thank you very much for your time and great support Smiley Happy

Re: Dark Shadows on my IdeaPad 320 screen

It could be that the plastic bezel that surrounds the screen is just pressing against the screen too tightly, so try gently using a fingernail to lift the bezel up and away from the screen in that area and see if the grey patch goes away.

If not

Re: Dark Shadows on my IdeaPad 320 screen

I think if it's the plastic bezel, it would appear once I bought the device, but everything was normal, and suddenly this appeared.

An IT specialist think that it might be the power/data cable of the screen, what do you think ?
