Erratic Wireless Mouse

I have a Ideapad 500.  The Touchpad mouse works fine.  However, wireless mouse jumps all over the place, moves in an erratic manner, or doesn't work at all.  I first started off with a logitech m325 mouse which had this problem.  I then switched to a Lenovo wireless laser mouse which started off fine but now does the same thing.

I read on a microsoft forum that the problem lies within the Realtek audio driver and someone recommended disabling that on startup via task manager.  That didn't work for me.

The operating system is windows 10.

PS:  The two mice work fine on other non-lenovo computers
