I have just purchased a second hand flex 10 for work. It had a hard reset and updated and now explorer wont connect to the wifi. The seller says this was working fine previously. I reset agai and IE worked but by the following morning it wouldnt connect again. The connection seems to active, and troubleshot confirms this. Other applications work but it wont display anything through IE. I've gone through the suggestions on the Lenovo website with no luck. Any ideas?

Hi zaly21 ,
Welcome to the Community Forums.
What factory reset feature did you use for a full reset? Windows version?
How was it using different browser like chrome / firefox ?
After a full reset we expect we have the original image and drivers on and next would be updates that would usually cascaded wirelessly. Tracing the time where wifi access as lost maybe after update or was it having issue as soon as reset was done?
Try to download the wlan drivers from the support site and save it on the desktop (don't run yet).
Check on the device manager and see if there are any marks showing when you show hidden devices.
From the WLAN driver right click on property and click on power management tab to uncheck box for power saving.
Restart the system and check the connectivity.
If same issue , proceed with fully uninstalling the driver from the device manager then installing the new downloaded driver through update driver from this computer to navigate on the WLAN driver browse this pc , have disc option.
Restart to check.
Update us how it goes.
