I have Ideapad Flex 14 Ideapad S100 with Windows 10 having latest updates. A few days ago I had realized that thouch screen doesn't work any more.
After consultation with Lenovo Turkey, which was insisting on recovery, I recovered my ideapad turning back to an image taken by Win10 two months ago. This step did not help. Some how next day after recovery in the morning it worked only for a few hours then stopped working again. I tried to disable and enable the "HID-compliant device" or other relaten USB items and reinstalled/activated, it did not help.
I hope it is a software/driver failure and this problem will be solved soon by Lenovo.

Welcome to the Lenovo forum,
You can try doing a hardware scan of your unit to see if any issues come up on there. Search for lenovo solution centre on your unit and run the full scan.
If something fails on there please inform us so we can help further.
What you can do is get your unit repaired by lenovo if you call the support line, they will ask you to do afew steps, go through them then if they do not work they should be able to book the device in for repair.
Hope this help you and let us know how you get on

Thank you for your reply.
I did hardware scan and full scan via Lenovo Solution Center and there were no problem detected.
By the way, your scan software seems to not check touch screen function at all.
So my problem remains and I am afraid it is a hardware failure. I don't want to send my computer from Izmir to Istanbul and wait for several weeks. So I will probably use it as it is.
