We have 2 of the same laptop in the house right next to each other and the other one has no problem connecting. My phone and tablets are fine as well so I don't think it is a router issue.
The issue comes in different forms. I could not see any networks available, not see the one that's mine but see others in the area, or even if I see it when I click connect most likely it says can't connect to this network. Even if I am lucky enough that it connects, it either stops completely or disconnects itself after about 30 minutes.
From other posts and support docs I have tried：
Run network diagnostics (although that usually does nothing since I can't choose the network)
Uninstall all network adapter drivers and scan for hardware
Download and install the driver from the Lenovo website
Install the driver from the working Flex2 (for some reason that ones adapter is Qualcomm but mine is broadcom)
Ipconfig renew and release (that doesn't do anything since I can't choose or connect to a network to begin with)
I have tried a combination of them in many different orders and nothing's worked. Please let me know if there are any other ideas.
