I can't get my laptop (Lenovo Flex 2 14" with intel HD family, on last W10 update) to detect my Acer Monitor (s271HL). It had worked flawlessly for more than a year but since june or july I keep getting a "Cable not connected" message.
I have tried multiple drivers, manufacturers and intel's one. I have also tried to connect my laptop to other monitors, one didn't work (same message, it was a LG monitor) but my computer can connect to my tv (I tested the three monitors with the same hdmi cable). Finally, the monitors are working with other computers without any problem.
I don't understand where the problem could be, as neither the cable or my laptop hdmi port or the monitor seems to be faulty. Why would my computer be able to connect to my TV but not my two monitors?
Thanks in advance, Robin
