Flex 2 isn't starting anymore

Since a couple of months my Flex 2 isn't starting properly anymore. It stops working after reaching my desktop or even earlier. First I blamed the Windows updates, because sometimes suddenly it works again. But now it has the same problem every few days. What can it be?

Hi Riwanna,

 

Yes it could be an update but it could also be the HDD or RAM or Mainboard issues, It could be a driver that needs to be reinstalled.

 

First i would start with the drivers, go to the Lenovo support page and download and reinstall all the drivers for your unit.

if this does not help then you can One Key Recovery your machine and then test it before any updates have been applied.

Again if this doesn't solve the issue then contact Lenovo Technical Support.
