I just upgraded all of our Flex Laptops to Windows 10 and found that one of my users has a problem with her secondary monitor (connected through the HDMI port). It was working with Windows 8.1 with no problems. After the upgrade and seeing the problem I uninstalled the Intel HD Graphics Family driver with the "Device Manager" (it showed an error code 43). When it scanned for new hardware it found a new driver for the Video Card (ver 10.18.15.4279) after the iunstallation the error code (43) still existed and the monitor still had "No Signal". In researching the Lenovo site for the driver for this card it said the latest was version 10.18.15.4248. I dont know, do I go back to '4248', is there a different solution that works?
