I am using Lenovo flex 3
I had this problem in Lenovo Solution Center
Hardware scan has detected one or more failures
IN MotherBoard Section
MotherboardResult Code: WMB008000-WL7VRI
>> PCI/PCI-e TEST INVALID (X)
Intel(R) HD Graphics 520(X) Result Code: WVC007002-WL7VRI (X)
>> Mathematical Operations Test Failed (X)
Plese help me in fixing this issue.

The problems you cited are the result of the latest release of the Lenovo Solution Center (LSC). For the PCI test being invalid you can ignore that test result. On computers where there are NO PCI devices to test, LSC will produce an invalid response in the test results. In the test results you will see that the PCI Device Count is 0.
As for the video card. the usual fix for this problem is to update your graphic card drivers. Please view the link below to another discussion that will explain the problem and solution.
