I ran the checkup on the Lenovo Solution Center and it said everything was fine! When accessing Lenovo Support online I input my serial number but can't even figure out what MACHINE TYPE I have (none of the numbers from that sticker on the bottom of the laptop work). I bought the Flex 3-1120 in May with a 2-year warranty but it appears I have to pay if I want to actually speak to someone. So yeah, I'm pretty discouraged : /

Have you tried calling Lenovo Support directly? When you call you can give the representative with your serial number which they can use to look up your warranty information as well as your model number. If it is still under warranty there will be no charge for the call.
