My daughter has a Flex 4 1480. She has been having intermittent display problems for a few weeks however failed to mention it to me until now. Ironically her warranty expired two days ago! The display will often go black after start up or if put in Flex mode. At times she claims she'll get red, green, yellow on the display. I am unable to contact Lenovo support because its out of warranty. Anyone have any suggestions to how I go about communicating/online chatting with support to id the problem? Unsure if it's a hardware connection or not.

Since it was just two days for its warrnaty maybe you can try calling sales team 1-855-253-6686, option 2
Monday – Friday 9am-9pm EST and check if post warranty extension can be considered.
Otherwise you may want to call technical support at 877-453-6686 to check if there is anything that they can extend on your behalf. Having an open communication with the tech team may provide you options for consideration. Everything can be worth a try before we start opening or loosening in the panels and screws.
