Flex 4 80U2-possible ram/ssd upgrade?

Hi. I could use more than only 2gb ram, or 64ssd. Is there a way of upgrading? Thanks for your time.

Re: Flex 4 80U2-possible ram/ssd upgrade?

Hi Fran67,

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Would you have the machine model number shown from the sticker or check it here.

Yoga 310-11IAP aka flex 4 machine type 80U2 do not include ram steps to remove that would suggest that it is soldered on board. EmmC SSD storage is also soldered for slim designs.

Hardware manual and module would show specific details offered for the machine.

Hope this helps answer your query.

Update us how it goes for you.

Regards

Re: Flex 4 80U2-possible ram/ssd upgrade?

Thank you for getting back to so fast! It's an Ideapad Flex 4 1130-80U2. Does that help? Also 31011IAP as well. Sorry, I'm not good on forums.

Sorry about my spelling. It is a  Fex 4 1130-80U2-31011IAP. Does that help?

Re: Flex 4 80U2-possible ram/ssd upgrade?

Hi Fran67,

Greetings.

Thanks for the information as it does verified to us that both storage and ram are not upgradable since it is soldered onboard (as indicated in the module here under technical overview, accessory).
