I bought the flex pad 4- 1470 March 3rd and have used it a hand full of times. However I tried charging it last night and it would not charge. I looked a videos and other forums as they have not helped me. I'm unaware if it's the charger itself or the actual battery.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I would suggest to try using a spare charger as the battery indicators (page29) should show up status else (specially if you do not have a spare available) to follow the power checkout guidelines from the hardware manual (page21-22).
Ensure that cables and other power outlets are not loose on both ends.
In this event for a power issue , it would be better to call in technical support for warranty assistance .

I have FLEX 3, bought it on early 2016 out of warranty period. Starting this week Monday, even though the power adpater is connected and it shows that it is charging, the laptop is not charging, only staying at 15%.
I looked up other Lenovo forum regarding this problem and found out many of Lenovo users have the same problem. The battery is not to be separated based on my back cover. They are all scewed in.
Can someone help how to fix this problem?
