I just bought a flex3 and the wifi keeps disconnecting and when I go to device manager it doesn't even show it under network devices. I have uninstalled the device and reinstalled it and it still does it. It will be ther connect to my wifi and then I have no connection and when I check network adapters it isn't there and when I go to device manager it doesn't show up either. Very very very frustrating.

Welcome to the Lenovo Forums.
Have you both tried a complete factory reset using the OKR button? Also try updating to the latest drivers.
