I had ran a system scan and I had received the above code. Can anyone please help me in solving this issue.

Your laptop physical memory has to be replaced. If your machine is still under warranty, I would recommend you to contact Lenovo service center and report your findings.

Thanks for replying to my post. However, Ive tried to search for support on Lenovo's website for my product:
510-15ISK Laptop (ideapad) - Type 80SR but I wasn't able to find any support or service centers for this product. How do I resolve this issue. Can you help me ?

24 hours a day 7 days / week
Check with your local Best Buy to see if they are an authorized service center. That would be the quickest and you could just walk it in.
