I purshased my ideapad 500s about two years back. It was going good until today morning, when I opened my laptop to hear a click sound and found that the screen had seperated from its case at the bottom left corner from the inner edge of the case. This had never happened before. I pressed the gap firmly and it loosely bound back to the screen with a click sound again. Now the gap appears everytime I open my laptop and I have to support it while opening, so that it doesn't widens. How can I fix this gap back to normal (see picture)?
P.S.- There was no sort of mishap with the laptop.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
You can review the disassembly guide on the LCD bezel and other parts using the hardware manual here. This would require specific tools and skills so it is recommended that users seek technical assistance from service centers.
If you have the needed tools and skill then the hardware manual would surely help you reseat the parts back and also secure other hinges and parts that may have caused it to pop out of its place.
I hope this helps answer your query.
