whenever i run hardware scan, i get error on storage device, mostly on SMART short Test and SMART drive self test.
after error result i scan it again and then result is Passed.
i just recieved notification of 'critical errors occured on hardware u need to scan it'. and i run the scan but hardware scan freezes(it happenes mostly whenever i myself run a scan without getting any notification to run a scan) and then it gave me this failure result(refer to attached image below).
Reply as soon as possible.
Please help me to resolve this issue, i am too much worried about it.

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
I believe that SMART test errors are related to Hard drive faliure.
In which case, I would recommend that you back up any important data you might need, and get in touch with your local Lenovo support line for a possible service.

my country 'Pakistan' isn't listed in Support Phone List.
Also i replaced my hardrive in August 2017 and after one week it again caused this issue.
So, is there any problem with just my harddrive or my laptop?
