I just bought this new Lenovo ideapad 310-ABR, and i got a bit confuzed when i see AMD Radeon Setting (ver. 17.7.2), on the system menu it says graphic chipset is AMD Radeon R7 Graphic with 512 MB Memory Size, where is the AMD Radeon R8 M435 DX 2GB?
Then i checked the Device Manager, under the Display Adapter is the same, only R7 shows up
I have searched for a few hour in google and other forums but still no luck. Please help

switch off your laptop. then press the novo button (next to SD card reader) use a pin or something, access to bios setup, scroll to configuration and check graphic device is set to "dual graphics" and not "UMA only". press f10 and it should be there.
now the problem is to make the system actually switch between them...

What about if I cannot find that option in my BIOS?? I gave up a long time ago, I think that the 12GBs RAM option of this laptop (310-15 ABR) there's not a secondary GPU, I'm stuck with the integrated GPU??? :/ this has not been my best laptop purchase ... :/

Yeah I think the Lenovo Ideapad 310-15 ABR - A12 9700p 4G+6 does not have a dedicated graphics card... :/ it sux cause this laptop was 500 USD and is chunky even so is underpowered, I would say that this is not a good laptop at all...

You can return your laptop to the computer store where you purchase it, in case you are not satisfied. Just make sure you have everything, charger, warranty papers, manuals, box, etc. It must be complete.
There may be penalties though, which you may not be able to get a full refund of your laptop, like the restocking fee and this depends on the store where you purchase it, they have rules.

Yes, my HDD is clicking as well and is always bottlenecking the whole system RAM/CPU/GPU usage is always ok but the Disk is 100% when booting up or installing anything, be carefull with the VGA/HDMI ports as well they're very sensitive and will break easily... this is not lenovo quality on a laptop... hate this whole experience so far...
