IdeaPad 100s - Computer WONT TURN ON!

Can anybody help me? Same problem here. I have just bought my first lenovo for my client ordering. When in the store they tested it all fine. But when I came home it cannot be turned on. I am very regret buying this stupid laptop!!!!! How can I give to my client a broken one??!! And who will believe there is any laptop broken on the first day??!! please help to solve this issue. I have tried all the solution and cannot found any resolution

The best way to proceed is to call in technical support for assistance .

 

As you may have already tried following the power check out steps described from the hardware manual downloaded from the support site , you can check on your options on this situation. Although it is not a common issue with this model as with most electrical gadget , there is still a thin percentage that it sometimes happen . 

 

Your immediate attention on this matter along with the technical team may help mediate clients sentiments regarding this matter .
