Hi wonderlady11! Welcome to the community forums.
Sorry to hear what happen. Could you try to perform a Power Drain on the laptop and check if the issue remains? You may follow the steps below and let us know how it goes.
1. Shut down the laptop
2. Unplug the charger
3. If the battery is removable, remove the battery. If not, proceed with the next step.
4. Press and hold the Power Button for 30 seconds.
5. Reconnect the charger and restart the laptop.

Thanks for trying the steps. Since the driver has been deleted, we have two options to fix this issue. First, you need to get a recovery media to reinstall the OS and all the drivers on your laptop from our Support Team, which we can help you process the request or you can perform a Clean Install of the OS by creating your own installation media from this link https://lnv.gy/2pqICYn and download all the drivers manually from our support website.
If you want to proceed with the first option. Please send us a private message with your name, phone number, email address, complete physical address and the serial number of the laptop.

If you have attempted to delete the Drive: C, some drivers might get deleted and some are corrupted. We do have options to fix this issue or you can call our Lenovo US Support Team to request for a recovery media at 877-453-6686/24 hours/day 7 days/week.
