IdeaPad 500-15ACZ shutting down and restarts by itself

Bought this notebook with Windows 8.1 preinstalled. Upgraded to Windows 10.

Problem is that the notebook is shutting down by itself with no known reason, often when browsing some webpages. It looks like hard shut down, when you hold power button for several seconds and mashine is shutting down, symptoms are the same. Then mashine starting again as usual with no error message and no restored sessions.

Tryed to initialize all notebook. Then few days was working "clean mashine" on Win 8.1 again. After upgrade to Win 10, it shutting down again. There is no rules when it can shut down. It can happen after a month or after a few days, so it's not possible to say that problem cause is a Win 10 upgrade. Sure that not overheating problem. 

Ran a several Lenovo Diagnotics tools and all is "green".

There could be also Defective battery? 

Disable power saving CPU states in the BIOS.

Thanks for tips.
I've called to local Lenovo office and introduced my model and problem.
The cause is that the Lenovo Idea Pad 500-15ACZ is not officially compatible with Windows 10 update. Initially model 500-15ACZ is sold with Windows 8.1.
Now I restored notebook back to a Windows 8.1 and notebook is not shutting down.

I you mean about topic can be closed, yes. I've got answer to my problem, unfortunately without wanted solution.

strange I'm currently running windows 10 version 1703 haven't had this problem however i had problem with flickering on start opp and blue screen when i hade versjon 1607 but i wasn't alone so the problem your experience might be fix now also do you have problem with your webcam as for some odd reason i need to reinstall the driver  to it to  work the problem has been with me since version 1607 plus do you have  USB port  problems as some time my  pc doesn't find my usb or external hard drive also could you check if you have active cooling of your system in your Advanced Power Settings that might be the problems as i did notes when i had on and possibly off without laptop cooling pad it's shuts itself down so that might be the problem P.S Didn't it come with windows 10 strange mine did but anyways i don't understand why lenovo said windows 10 wasn't officially compatible as lenovo 500-15ACZ has been tested by lenovo for Windows 10 version 1703 sin  March, 2017
