Hello. I am having difficulties finding and installing the bluetooth on my Lenovo Ideapad 100 15IBD. I installed the wireless drivers that i found and also tried to install the realtek driver. In the end when trying to install that one I get an error saying that the " Realtek bluetooth is not installed on your system".
I cannot find the bluetooth listed in device manager. I did a check on Lenovo site using the serial number to find out the specifications and it says that bluetooth is present "Wireless Network: 1x Bluetooth Version 4.0"
I do not know what to do next and could not find a solution on the sharepoint. Thanks

Thanks for joining the forums.
It is possible that your unit may not come with the bluetooth part.
However if you are certain that it should be part of the setup, then it could be a loose connection as well, try to factory reset the unit, this will rule out any software related issues.
Note: Please back up all your data as running this reset will delete any data on your unit
1. Turn the machine off and press the recovery button which is located usually next to the power button. If you have a desktop machine you will need to power the machine back on and keep tapping the F2 key.
2. Use the arrow keys and press enter on system recovery. ( Desktop users can skip this)
3. Select “restore from the initial backup” and then “Next”.
4. Click “start” and accept the warning messages.
Length of time can vary depending on the speed of the machine.
If that does not work, then it is likely a hardware issue, in this case, just call your local Lenovo support line. Below is the link to the phone list where you can find these numbers.
Hope this help you, let us know how you get on
