After a firmware update that ran smoothly, I get the following message:
Enter the recovery key to reboot.
Since I never activated Bitlocker, I have no recovery key and no idea on how to proceed.
Can it be that Lenovo activated Bitlocker from the very beginning without any information to the users?
Any help is much appreciated!

Bitlocker is not enabled by default, please try the troubleshooting steps here https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/solutions/ht502684 .Please let us know how it goes.

Thank you very much for your message, you solved my problem!
On the other hand, I am absolutely certain not to have set Bitlocker on the Ideapad.
So, I cannot understand that a recovery key has been stored in my Microsoft account.
Black magic is nevertheless always welcome if it solves an issue!
