Hi Sean,

Welcome to Lenovo Forums.

Could you please be specific on the issue.Does time lagging refers to what? Slow booting or time delayed to execute commands or time taken to open any folder.. etc ?

Let us know how you get on.

Regards,

Shashi

Hi Sean,

Check and make sure your time zone is set correctly. You have to set your time zone right and where it says sync with internet time you have to uncheck internet time. That worked for me.

Also, could be a weak CMOS battery. Please consider changing CMOS battery. Click here for Lenovo service centres details.

Malware has also sometimes been reported as the reason for incorrect time results so, as always, make sure your security software is up to date.

Let us know how you get on.

Regards,

Shashi

I have this problem as well...I've reset the time at least 10 times this afternoon and it's currently 4 minutes behind. I've had this laptop for about 2 months. Is this really because the battery is dead ALREADY?
