Some time ago, I purchased a Lenevo Ideapad 100s. When it arrived, I immediately plugged it in and set it up. Everything works when it is plugged in, but when I click on the battery icon (it has a white x on it), it says "no battery present", when I just slide my mouse over it, it says "no battery is detected". I have checked, and there is a battery( I didn't have a warranty on it), so what is the problem, and how can I fix it?
