Have been using my ideapad 310-14ikb for a few months now without issues. Up till yesterday when it got stuck on the shutting down screen. Then totally turned off. And now it cant be turned on anymore. When i plug in the charger, it does charge. But still can't be turned on. How do i check if i still have warranty on it? Got it through my previous employer for work, so i don't have any payment receipts or anything. Thanks in advance.

Regarding your problem, it seems that you'll have to disconnect the battery and install it again. Check Hardware Maintenance Manual for more instructions:
