I have buy a Lenovo 310 15ABR that after 6 month have some problem with graphic card AMD Radeon R6 M435DX 2Gb.
Problem starting with driver crash, then after driver upgrade crash continue and finally R6 hardware appear to be disconnected and PC work only with R5 512MB integrate graphic card. Into Task Manager was present 2 GPU, all R5, never R6. And if i change on BIOS video card from "dual Graphic card" to "switchable graphic card" i have various problem at notebook starting.
I send the PC to support indicating R6 problem and after 20 day they returned the PC under warranty with motherboard changed... not video card.
Starting the notebook AMD video card driver was old, R6 is present.
After few days notebook starting with BSOD with PC restarting and my work on notebook lost.
I have try to upgrade AMD graphic card driver and i continue to have blue screen of death.
BSOD says is a stuck driver process.
With BSOD viewer i see that there are 3 driver indicated:
Problem is not solved!
On my enterprise was excited that i buy a lenovo online.
Now i "lost my face" and they says of don't buy never again lenovo online.

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
You have to remember that forums are Peer to Peer based, so the forums are browsed by everyday people save for the few Lenovo guys around so this is not the best way to get support for your case.
As you already had this repaired once, and you say the problem has returned after it, simply just get in touch with your local Lenovo support line again, inform them that the repair has failed and will require another repair.
Hope this helps, let us know how you get on.
Did someone help you today? Thank them with a Kudo!

Hmm... they did replace the motherboard but not video card? If the video card is the problem, why can't they replace it?
Repair and reinstall the latest graphic driver, otherwise I may even recommend the old stock graphic driver you have when you first purchase the PC.
If the problem is the video card, then they need to replace it, The motherboard may work fine but the video card isn't.
This is the same to the older HP Laptop my family has. It too has Raedon Graphics. GPU Driver won't work, and the old laptop will crash. It even wouldn't boot up at many times. Because of that I have to uninstall the driver, and just use the integrated graphics instead because the GPU is dead.
Maybe your GPU is problematic, tell the Lenovo Support to replace the GPU. If they can't then you might need to replace your computer.

After various day with crash i see that this happen a lot of time when using Office (Excel or World) 2016 with files .doc saved with 2003 version.
Compatibility mode make PC crash.
If i make that word or excel be executed with max performance, with R6 M435DX video card, i have the bug that make disappear the button of software (can see button and scroll menù).
Then, i am pretty sure that there are a problem between Office products 2016 (it is with last upgrade), and video card or video card driver that make kenrnel crash.
Another crash happen when using Vissim software, but less time.
Vissim use havly graphic card to simulate roadway.
There are aspect of AMD Radeon software that are strange. For example i can choose for each software if execute with balanced, max video performance or less impact.
I can choose performance, but not if execute a software with R5 that have only 512 MB graphic memory or R6 that have 2 GB.
My other notebook with Lenovo that have Nvidia 740M have settings where can choose if execute a software with a video card or another.
If i cant choose video card to execute a software i can see if notebook crash using a software with a video card or another...
