I have a Lenovo Ideapad 310-15ABR and would like to replace the factory HDD with an SSD I already have, but use the HDD as a second drive put in caddy where a optical drive would be.
This laptop doesn't come with an optical drive, all it has is a dummy bay / bracket.
Can someone point me in the direction of a caddy that I can put the HDD into, I will also need a drive bezel too.
Thanks in advance

Hi there, I've seen other users with this caddy: http://hddcaddy.com/en/lenovo-ibm-hdd-caddy/1570-lenovo-ideapad-310-hdd-caddy.html
There's also this one with a faceplate: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2nd-HDD-SSD-hard-drive-caddy-For-Lenovo-XiaoXin-ideapad-310-510-with-facepla...
Here's a video of replacing the optical drive that might help in the process and give you a little reference with things: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MQ_h6B-85GU&app=desktop
Hope that helps

Thanks for your reply EricX.
I was hoping to find one in the UK, not to have to import one because it will ramp up the price, but I'm struggling to find one that will fit and has the front bezel.

I found this Caddy but it didn't come with the hinge attachment that screws into the back of the caddy/DVD ROM and you use to attached the caddy/DVD ROM in place on the laptop.
I would also like to attach the correct bezel if possible, so if anyone can point me in the direction of these I would appreciate it.
