It's my first day with Lenovo, but my touch screen is not working.
I tried many options:
- update BIOS is not working.
- online system update is not working, giving "#ADUPFailed" error.
- no "Human ..." apperas in the device manger.

Thanks for using the Lenovo forums.
Try to download the Video and Chipset drivers for the unit from the support page.
Make sure to reboot the unit to complete the update.
Otherwise, I would recommend, that you call your local Lenovo support line for a possible service or if you could return/refund your unit if it is in 28 days of purchase. Below is the link to the phone list where you can find these numbers
